JOB OVERVIEW

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team working remotely. Here are a few of the top tasks I will give you.

-Updating files, organizing and adding sale material.

-Preparation in database organization and reporting.

-Handling confidential and clientele information.

-Transcribing meetings.

-Preparing and creating PowerPoint presentations on research, clientele's information and advertising

-Presenting excellent customer service skills to customers and clients.

-Office admin, reporting, social media/blog posting, photo, and video editing and business research.

-Managing emails for businesses and marketing daily.

-Data managing.

-Sorting through the client's email and replying to voicemails.

-Talking to manufacturers and negotiating prices.

-Listing items on amazon and eBay with effectively written skills.

-Research items from various resources.

-Excellent creative writing skills

-Contacting companies and large clientele



Pay: TBD will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

I am looking for 2 part-time employees or 1 full-time employee.




About Me:

I own 3 to 4 different businesses including, Chorlton Tuition Centre, but I have another couple of projects that I would like to get started. Although I have several employees, this is the first time that I am working with a long-distance virtual assistant. This will give us both the opportunity to learn as we progress through our collaboration.
