We are looking for a virtual assistant to reinforce our team, helping to build a big property management business in the United Kingdom. To start, we can offer you a part time job of approximately 10 hours per week for one month. If we get along, we will offer you a fulltime job afterwards. Your main responsibilities will be to help with Research tasks, such as data scraping from different websites such as Rightmove, Spareroom, Gumtree or others and filling in the results in Google Docs and Excel Spreadsheets. The next important responsibility will be conducting basic bookkeeping (entering bills, invoicing, bank transactions) in special accounting software. The third big part of your job is to be a contact point for our clients (answering requests and reviews, following up, control calls).
The essential skills we are looking for are excellent knowledge of English (writing and oral), social skills, good time-management, fast typing, understanding of basic principles of bookkeeping and Excel Spreadsheets.
