USA Company looking for sales person. Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills

I am looking for someone who is very polite and yet is determined to get a sale.
Must be very friendly.

Most of the sales will involve following up with clients.
Must have excellent writing skills as you will be emailing alot.

You must also be able to speak well as sometimes a phone call will be needed.

Pay is 12000/month with Commission bonuses for closing sales.
