Virtual Assistant

What we do:

We are a Digital Marketing Agency with a specialization in Digital Marketing for Lawyers and Law Firms. We also create our own websites in the affiliate marketing industry and the SaaS market. We require a hardworking, dynamic, and persuasive Virtual Assistant (VA) that can work independently. (A mouthful – we know!)

This position will be as that of an independent contractor, and it will be a part-time position.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to research keywords and identify article topics, that will cause the websites to grow fast. Our content writers will write the content.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required

• Excellent English – oral and in writing;
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and specifically, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
• An understanding of websites as you will be required to upload articles on sites daily.
• Keep track of the content of websites.
• Be able to work with clients and other staff efficiently.

Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Responsibilities.

Preferably one-year SEO experience

Responsibilities

As a VA, you will be required to select images and upload the content onto the websites. You must identify relevant banners from affiliate programs and insert them into the newly uploaded articles.

You must then create links from the websites to the social media sites. You must effectively manage multiple social media accounts and grow Facebook pages.

We are looking for a team player that can grow our web traffic drastically. You may be required to assist with other functions on an ad hoc basis.

There is a possibility that this position may become permanent.

Start date: End-January 2020 or as agreed. Salary ?2 000,00 PHP per week.

Work Schedule: 3 working hours per day (Monday to Friday) and some time must coincide with the Managements time zone (South Africa). Overtime may be required, and you will be rewarded for overtime worked. You can choose your working hours and work from home.

Other requirements: you will need reliable access to an internet connection, your own computer and skype.
