The HR Associate, CEBU-BASED, will be responsible for handling all day to day operations of all HR matters for our remote call center and supporting the overall organization with sourcing / hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and oversee all administration matters pertaining to the HR function.
• Handle the day to day operation of the employee relations function including employee vacations and employee absences for our remote call center.
• Review, develop and implement present and future call center policies, procedures, and programs as required by the business while ensuring compliance with Philippine employment code.
• Ensure job descriptions for all positions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and implement programs to promote culture of quality, team-work, and high performance.
• Liaise with finance and provide the essential information to ensure that pay roll is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Enforce when necessary the importance to employees of complying with the HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Handle warnings and write-ups when necessary and ensure all steps are documented and executed per company policies and procedures.
• Recruit people whose qualifications meet the standards of the company for a particular job position.
• Proper ad placement and hiring announcement to assure that these tools can attract more people especially those that are qualified for the job.
• Prepare important employee documentation including offers of employment and employment contracts in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate job postings on various sourcing sites and manage incoming resumes.
• Coordinate scheduling between applicants and internal interviewers.
• Coordinate facilitate and record (where required) interviews.
• Maintain tracking and keep all managers informed regarding movement and updates of positions hired.
• Monitor the success of implemented administrative policies and suggest where applicable if and where any suitable improvements could be made.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of prior HR experience
• 1.5+ years of prior call center experience
• Reading comprehension ability (English)
• Fluency in English Language: reading, writing, comprehension, verbal communication
• Ability to use a phone and/or wear a headset for extended periods of time
• Technical requirements to work from home: high speed internet connection, camera, headset, etc.
• Must be residing in Cebu
