The Job:

I'm looking for a rockstar media buyer to join my team and deliver amazing results for my E-Commerce/Info product Clients.

JOB ROLES:

Campaign Set-Up
Creation, Design & Optimisation Of Ads
Campaign Testing
Audience Management & Research
Campaign Optimisation
In-depth research of clients past ads, results, branding and online store
Setting up all Ads
Setting up a retargeting funnel for warm traffic
Clear testing structure with minimal thresholds for all relevant KPIs
Aggressive and effective scaling

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven work & case studies with E-Commerce & Infoproducts

Facebook ads specialist with 2 years+ experience
Must be capable to deliver a 2x Positive ROI/ROAS minimum
Must be open to a long term relationship (years)
Social Life should be managed (Remain responsible and on time for calls/strategy sessions etc)
Not working for another agency
"Fluent English" (doesn't have to be perfect, as long as you can have a conversation but it's required for the reason listed below)
Willing to answer questions on Zoom for our clients (voice/video calls)
Bi-weekly calls with the CLIENTS (30 min, once every two weeks you will explain what we've done with their campaigns/ads, what are the results etc)
You should be present on the strategy session calls with every client (I'll be present with you)
Sending to me or the team chats each day 1-2 sentences at the end of each day about every client individually (how the ads are going/any issues you might have run into/what are you improving on the ads etc). This could change to early morning calls.
Someone willing to take the Initiative if needed.
