THE VA WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who is comfortable with handling calls and available for work during UK hours.

You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Excellent understanding of spoken English is essential and you need to be accomplished at writing in the English language

I am looking for a VA who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. The individual needs to be professional and reliable and have a ‘Can Do’ attitude!

You’ll need to be available for full-time work (40 hours per week)


THE VACANCY SPECIFICATIONS

You will be involved in assisting with handling calls and general administration and ad-hoc tasks. There will be instructional videos to watch to show you how we work.

You do need to work UK office hours.

We provide residential, educational and supported living services that enable young people under the care of Social Services and subject to the Leaving Care Act 2000 and all relevant Acts to live as independently as possible. We work actively with other professionals to ensure the pathway plan of each young person placed with us is implemented before they turn 18. Our long term goal for young people is to ensure that they gain eventual independence and to make a positive contribution to the community. Our extensive training program for all staff enables us to act professionally and in the best interest of young people in every scenario. We work directly with the young people’s support and pathway plans and make sure that the outcome is in line with Every Child Matters initiative (Stay Safe, Economic Wellbeing, Be Healthy, Make a Positive Contribution, Enjoy and Achieve).

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS:

Pay rate: ---------- PHP per hour
You will get paid on a Tuesday via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given a holiday and sick pay if you become a permanent staff member
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
