JOB OVERVIEW

Gloss (Upgrade to see actual info) is a successful U.S. Digital Marketing Agency founded in 2007, with a full-time staff in the Philippines since 2008.

We are looking for a freelance Facebook Ads Specialist with proven experience navigating through Facebook ad compliance challenges to ensure our ads are approved and our accounts aren't in danger of being deactivated.

We are promoting a very credible product in the personal development space, but we have faced challenges due to Facebook's ever-changing policies.

While we are also seeking other skill sets, please do not apply if you don't have experience with the above.

Skill Sets

- Comprehensive understanding of Facebook's Advertising Policies is a MUST (without it you won't be considered)
- Experience with personal development products a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)
- Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to do some graphic design work
- Detailed-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

- Comprehensive understanding of Facebook's Advertising Policies is a MUST (without it you won't be considered)
- Check the consistency of Facebook Ad Copy tone and language vis-a-vis Landing Page Copy and vice-versa
- Creating Facebook Business Ad Accounts
- Writing Copy for Facebook Ads (Good to have)
- Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads (Good to have)
- Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads a MUST
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Create and implement A/B Split Test of Facebook Ad Copies
- Daily monitoring of results and improving ads
- Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
- Well-versed in identifying and creating Facebook Audience that matches the client's customer avatar requirements
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
- Ability to conduct competitive market research using available marketing apps (like SocialInsider -- highly desirable, but not required)

We are growing rapidly so your successful delivery of this project may lead to our considering you for a full-time role or additional freelance projects in the future.

We consider a "Rock Star" as someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to share their opinions (even if it may be uncomfortable to do so).
You'll have plenty of support (e.g. tools, resources, infrastructure, project management, and more...), but you must have the mindset that you "own" your projects. If you're the type of person who waits to be told what to do at every step throughout a project, then this position isn't right for you.
You'll also be provided with very clear project instructions and requirements, but you must also be able to work independently, figure things out for yourself, do your own research when necessary, and adopt an attitude of "I'm going to do whatever it takes to get the job done!"

2. Work Environment
