Full-time SEO Manager for UK Training Company

We're one of the largest life coach training schools in the UK ( ---------- ) and are looking for an ethical, diligent, skilled and motivated SEO practitioner to help take us to the next level!

As a full-time role, you'll be tasked with improving our performance when it comes to SEO. This will be measured by several key outcomes such as:

- Lead volume from organic traffic
- Organic traffic
- Referral traffic
- Keyword rankings
- Site speed and load time
- Dwell time and bounce rate.

To help us achieve great performance as measured by the above outcomes, we'd expect that some of the key tasks you would be doing are:

- Keyword research with follow-up advice for our content manager, link builder and PPC manager
- Expert on-page work including identifying & removing zombie pages, speed optimisation, meta data, internal-linking, etc
- Cross-platform referral ensuring YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn etc all add to our SEO
- Detailed reporting using Google Analytics
- External link-building with reputable sites
- And more.

You'll be joining a growing team based in the Philippines as well as a team in the UK and we are set for significant international expansion in 2020. We currently have 6 people working full time from the Philippines including customer service, finance, administration and PPC and we ensure they feel every bit a part of our team as the UK workers. You'll work under our Head of Sales and Marketing.

We currently have a link builder and you will be advising him following your keyword research on what links he should be building. There is also potential for you to do link building once the bulk of on-page optimisation is complete. We also have a content writer and you will be responsible for advising him on what keywords we should be targeting and what content we should be writing to get the results you want, as well as how to optimise our content to make it SEO-friendly.

Generally, you'll be able to work according to Philippines hours but you'll need to make some time for meetings with the team on UK hours, primarily with the Head of Sales & Marketing and Content Writer.
