Google Ads expert for managing Search Engine Marketing campaigns

Looking for a PPC specialist to manage and optimise a google ads account on a part time/freelance basis. This will begin with google search ads. I need someone who can execute everything from set up of ads, tracking monitoring and optimising campaigns as well as providing updates. Ad budget starts at $500 USD.
