We are looking for someone to join our team to work from home as a Customer Support Coordinator for a chain of fast growing restaurants in the United States. The Customer Support Coordinator will manage customer queries and complaints as well as help refine the customer triage process. You will process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience in the customer support industry. This is a work-from-home opportunity as a freelancer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and
Providing feedback and reporting on the efficiency of the customer service
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College diploma
2 or more years proven work experience as Customer Service Representative or Call Center
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and processes (example: Zendesk, Front, etc)
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience working from home a plus
Has own laptop/computer and decent Internet connection for regular voice and video calls
WORK HOURS
Work from Home
Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST (Manila time 1AM to 10AM Manila)
Breaks: 1 hour
Weekends off and US Holidays.
