We are an Amazon Canada Seller for last 6
The role comprises of and is not limited to the following areas:
- Daily Searching and Sourcing using tools such as Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, etc.;
- Daily Inventory and Shipment Tracking;
- Sending feedback request and resolution of negative feedback;
- Pricing updates and overall pricing automation;
- Refunds tracking, reimbursements and resolution of returned items;
- Removal orders and their tracking;
- FBA shipments reconciliation;
- Communication with Amazon on a regular basis;
- Communication with Prep Centers;
- Finding and managing Wholesale Suppliers;
- Private Label products research using Jungle Scout;
- Private Label product launch and related tasks (ordering samples, creating, managing and optimizing listings, etc.)
- Quickbooks data entry of income and expenses; and
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Following are the skills you should have in order to qualify for and excel at this job:
- Amazon Seller Central knowledge and experience;
- Expertise in Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, Jungle Scout and other similar Amazon related software platforms;
- Customer Service experience and expertise;
- Fluency in English language (both written and verbal);
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Quickbooks data entry knowledge and experience; and
- Long term vision to grow and succeed in our business as our first Amazon Account Manager!
In order for us to assess your skills and to work with us, you should be:
- Available full-time for work Monday to Friday during Philippines time 9 am to 5 pm;
- Willing to record time using Time Proof;
- Available for a
- Willing to do a 3-day unpaid trial;
- Able to receive payments through PayPal; and
- Able to demonstrate that you have a good internet connection and access to a personal laptop on a daily
