Airbnb Host Manager

We are very excited to announce the availability of a new Airbnb Host Manager position within our company and look forward to having the right person on board!

This is a property management company based in London, we manage many properties on a short term basis on ---------- is important that you have previous experience using Airbnb and interacting with guests.

Your responsibilities include:

- Approves guest reservation requests
- Answer guest questions
- Handle complaints
- Liaise with Cleaners and create schedules
- Make complaints and requests damages from guests
- Keep stock of cleaning/property inventory
- Bookkeeping
- Edit and optimise property listings

Working hours will be GMT UK time from 9am to 6pm (4pm to 2am Philippine times) Monday to Saturday. Starting salary will be $500 per month and will increase to $600 after you pass 1 month probation. After which pay review will be every 3 months.
