Job Description:

(1) to find real estate motivated seller's leads;
(2) Appointment Setting;
(3) Help outline and organize real estate transaction through closing.

So this is a phone lead generation job. We need contacts to be made, notes, call backs, and follow up. My business partner and I are real-estate investors. We need help finding people who want to sell their home :)
