Appointment Setter

The Cover Group Life Insurance agency has an in house call center which generates and sets pre - appointment life leads for our life ---------- eking Call Center Representatives who possess the ability to set appointments for our life insurance agents. Call center representative must display a high level of attention to detail, and excellent written /oral ( English / Spanish ) skills - Bilingual highly sought. Representative will be retired to make an average of 300 calls daily. Representatives must be willing to attend telephonic morning meetings / coaching session. Representative will work from home. Representative must be self motivating / a self starter. Representative is expected to deliver professional /excellent customers service while calling.

Requirements:

-Bilingual ( English / Spanish ) preferred

- 2 yr experience in call center sales

- Excellent Presentation skills

- Self Motivator / Self Starter-

- Strong ability to prospect for clients

-Ability to meet and exceed set sales goals


Computer Requirements:

CPU/Processor dual core processor 1Ghz or above
Intel core i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent are highly required
Ram at least 4GB of Ram (8GB is recommended) with 60 GB free hard drive space

Headset:
Headset with noise canceling feature

Internet Connection:
5mbps and up wired DSL internet connection and back up internet connection

Income / Work Hours:

40 HR work week

Income:

$3/hour with Bonus
Bonus: $25 first 5 closed Appointments / $50 for succeeding appts. closed
