Worker’s Welfare Development Officer

(To be assigned in Venture Management)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible in ensuring that all government related permits and licenses of the company and principal employer are valid and up-to-date.
• Establish good relationship with government offices and embassies
• Promotes and maintains deployed workers and their families by establishing constant/regular communication and providing assistance when needed
• Ensures that deployed employees are protected, their interests and welfare are being promoted
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background with POEA rules and regulations
• Preferably with knowledge or experience in ISO 9001:2015 standard
• With client or account management experience
• Highly detail and process oriented
• Effective communication skills (both in verbal and written)
• Has the ability to multi-task
• Can excel in a fast-paced work environment
