Human Resources / Recruitment

I am a medical practice based in the United States specifically Texas. I am looking for an excellent English speaker who would be in charge of recruitment of Virtual Assistants for my medical practice along with others in the US. Having some experience in the medical field is preferred but not required. You would also be performing HR related paperwork that may be needed by insurance companies, hospitals, etc.
