About The Role

As Social Media Manager, you will be working closely with Mums With Hustle’s CEO, Tracy Harris, to help scale out content which will impact millions globally. Your passion and love of learning along with hunger to stay on top of fast changing media trends will drive you to succeed.
You will be tasked with managing the growth of Mums With Hustle’s already well sized social media channels. We have tens of thousands of people already obsessively consuming our content on our socials every week and you will be driving this growth ten-fold. You're also a pretty good content creator and have a flair for knowing what good content looks like.
As the subject matter expert on social media within the team, this is your world! You will be coming into work with ideas and strategies and can showcase your expertise across all platforms.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of social media marketing including community management. They will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a passion for copywriting, content creation and curation and will thrive working as part of a team.

- A total social media evangelist, driven to capture, engage and grow audiences through Social Media
- You can bring with you previous experience in scaling out content and leading massive social media growth
- Ambitious, strategic and passionate
- Strong in communication and influencing skills
- A strong analytical mind knowing that data should always drive decision making with social growth
- Have a great eye for engaging content
- You will fit right into a team that fosters teamwork, honesty and serving our entrepreneurial community
- Your marketing style is heart-centred and authentic
