Customer Service Representative

JOB TYPE: Freelance
HOURS: 9am to 6pm PST
LOCATION: Remote, however stable connection must be verified
PAY: Negotiable

Job Description:
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements:
-PC/Laptop as this is a home based job
-Must have a stable internet connection (10mbps) and reliable backup connection (5mbps)

Qualifications:
-Outbound Sales Experience - Cold Calling
-Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of BPO sales outbound is a MUST
-Strong Phone Presence
-Communicates effectively, both written and oral
-Accountable, Motivated, Outgoing and Driven
-Can work with minimal supervision
