Human Resources Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with passion & heart and a track record of success to join our team. The right person for this role is an energetic professional who thrives on building relationships and helping others excel. The goal of the recruiter will be to source the best sales representatives they can find. You will attract, source, screen, schedule interviews, track hiring metrics, and on-board many candidates for several independent sales representative roles. You must be a dynamic, capable, self-starter who is very focused on finding the right candidates for our team. You must be obsessed with finding the best candidates. This can be a full time or part time position.
