Real Estate VA

I am looking for VA's to do cold calling, text messaging and email marketing. I need someone who has good spoken and written skills. This is for Real estate lead generation.

1. Cold calling - Candidate needs to have good Spoken skills and have ability to converse with anyone. He can be talkative but to the point person. Someone with cold calling skills is great. Also knows how to use Google voice.

2. Email marketing - I need a candidate to send emails on a regular basis. I will provide the content and email list.

3. Research - Given a certain search criteria / objective, candidate should be able to research and give result.

4. Mail - Experience with sending physical mail using online tools.

5. Skip tracing - Ability to skip trace by name, phone and address

6. Text messaging - I have text messaging already setup. Need to be sending messages regularly.

Looking for a rock star in Marketing in the Real estate space.
