Who we are:

We are a digital marketing agency based out of Scottsdale, Arizona with a special focus on high-end Google Ads management and we are the BEST at what we do!

We have a small team of 15 rock stars, all committed to working hard to make sure our clients are successful.

What we’re looking for:

We need a new graphic design manager. This is a part-time position that could gradually grow into a full-time position..

This person will be responsible for:
- Accepting and interpreting new graphic design requests from clients
- Clarifying design requests that might not make sense
- Assigning simple design requests to an outside design service
- Managing the design request process (updating tickets, tracking tasks, etc.)
- Creating beautiful graphic designs!

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned graphic designer with a quality portfolio capable of creating diverse designs for a long list of clients.

Salary & growth opportunities:

We have an aggressive pay-scale that’s meant to help attract the best talent and provide additional incentives as you grow with us! Please keep in mind that we also expect a lot out of our team members.

Part time graphic design manager: $500 a month
Roughly 4 hours per day
Full time graphic design manager: $1,000 a month
Roughly 8 hours per day

The ideal candidate:

English proficiency: Strong written and spoken English is an absolute must. Your job is talking to clients! We’ll need to make sure that there’s no language barrier.

American timezone: Because you’ll be managing clients, you will need to be available for at least an hour or two during American business hours (PST).

Graphic design: The core of your job is design. You need to be a person that cares deeply about helping make people's design visions come together. We create a wide variety of design collateral for a diverse audience. Examples include: postcards, social media imagery, brochures, calendar images, table tents, business cards, logos, etc. You'll need to know the information necessary to help customers produce print-ready designs.

Versatility: No two clients are alike! The ideal candidate will have the ability to create versatile designs for a broad range of brands.

Speed: We know good design can take time. Sadly, our clients aren't always as understanding. We're looking for someone who can produce a large quantity of designs quickly and who doesn't get hung up on small details.

Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
