Long Term Link Outreach Management Opportunity - Email Responding, Backlink Building & Staff Management

I am looking for a person to manage several link outreach staff and take over the operations of my business over the long ---------- itially your job will be to create email outreach campaigns using our methods and to reply to responses while negotiating with website owners for the best placement deals. I'm looking for someone that is willing to be very systematic with their approach and brutal with negotiations. This will help us get the very best prices / free link placements with website owners.

Once you understand our processes for building links you will then move onto other business operational tasks such as filing new orders, making wage and link payments, and eventually managing your own members of staff. Once you have worked through each of these tasks and have a complete understanding of them, you will then be given responsibility for the business operations entirely.

You need to have a basic understanding of how links are built and must have some management ---------- O experience is preferred but not necessary - you will be given sufficient training to teach you how to do this.

You will need to write in good English and be able to communicate in well spoken English within your team.

Training will be provided in the the form of videos and direct mentorship either from myself or a member of the team. You will learn how to properly analyse websites for their SEO benefits, land backlinks through powerful websites throughout the web, shown how to do each of the tasks I mentioned above (and more) and manage multiple members of staff (including hiring and firing).

I'm looking for a long term, full time, team member who can progress with the company and achieve great results over a number of years. However, I'm happy to discuss part time placements when starting out if you are currently working on any freelance or part time work, with the intend of getting you to a full time position eventually.
