Graphics & General Virtual Assistant

I am seeking a technically qualified VA with strong English communication skills, to help me grow my business. I am looking for a strong VA who can assist with things like creating blog posts, making small edits to the website, using the Divi theme to create web pages, graphic design, creating PDFs, posting videos to YouTube, and general social media management.

We have a small team of great contractors and I'm looking to add another person to that ---------- addition to the technical skills, I'm looking for someone who is laid back, fun, motivated and is exceptional with time management. We have a project manager to help keep us all on track, but I'm looking for someone who is also able to take initiative to ensure their tasks are being completed properly and on time.

The following skills are necessary:

• Wordpress
• Blogging (not writing new blogs, but posting mine with proper formatting)
• Understanding of basic HTML and CSS to help ensure everything keeps running in WordPress
• Social Media (again not an expert, but know how to use FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
• Graphic Design (mostly creating .pdf e-book and one-page downloads)
• Image Editing (mostly just be able to add some text and things for social media posts and featured images
• SEO – just enough to be able to properly tag my blog posts
• Microsoft Office (word and excel)
• Video and audio editing would be a huge plus, but not necessary
• ORGANIZATION
• Ability to figure things out
• Communication skills (you won't have to communicate with customers or answer their emails, but you will have to communicate within the team)
