Marketing Assistant

I'm looking for someone who can help me with my client's creative brief. Basically it is just a form that my clients will fill up and preferably, a fillable document. I have some of the writeup ready but if you can add more that would be best. I would like the person to add more creative flair to the forms. This is a per-project job.
