JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple E-Commerce business and are looking for a Full-time customer support executive.

Looking for someone with great customer service experience to help respond to tickets on emails and messages on Facebook.


We will provide answers to the most common questions we receive.
You will also be required to log into our Shopify store and look up orders, make changes to orders, place orders to suppliers or provide refunds.

If you have experience with a dropshipping business, Shopify and any CRM tool (Freshdesk, Zendesk etc) you are an ideal fit for our organisation.

Your duties will include:

- Responding to customer queries on Freshdesk. (It’s okay if you don’t know how to operate Freshdesk, we will train you).
- Moderating and replying to messages and comments on Facebook posts/ads, hiding complaints, deleting slander.
- Placing orders to the supplier via Upgrade to see actual infomunication with Suppliers for tracking numbers and fulfilling orders in Shopify.
- Checking and replying to disputes on PayPal & Stripe
- On weekends or when there is low workload, track orders not delivered, see excel sheet for reference (helpful to notify customers when the items are attempted to be delivered, orders returned, order not delivered or delivered to the wrong address).

Qualities needed to be successful:

1. Excellent English comprehension and writing ability
2. Courteous and compassionate customer service
3. Experience with MS-Excel and Google SpreadSheet
4. Knows their way around Facebook, Instagram, and Shopify backend.
5. Experience with prior E-commerce or Dropshipping business is a plus
