So what’s the job?
We are looking for a fun, detail-oriented, extremely organized Virtual Assistant to help support our team in daily administrative tasks and help keep us organized and on track.

Flexible schedule with the freedom to work from home.
Previous VA/Customer service experience is required.

If you are available during the day-time US, approximately 7 pm - 3 am your time, that is also a plus, but not necessary. Being available during these hours can potentially create greater compensation for you.

Opportunities for bonuses, raises, and promotions.

Who is the ideal candidate?
- Someone who responds within 1 day for a Slack message
- Someone who pays attention to detail
- Someone who is a self-starter and doesn't need to be handheld and keeps their word when they commit to a something.
- Someone that understand English well and take meeting notes accurately
- Someone who enjoys being in fast-paced environments and can handle tough conversations without running from them.

What will you be doing?
- Administration tasks (including but not limited to)
- Customer Service & Support Team (non-tech)
- WordPress experience (Elementor, ThriveThemes, Divi)
- ActiveCampaign (or similar) simple tasks
- Support in overall operations of the company
- Task management
- Event prep and organization
- Social Media management
- Quality Control
- Experience in task management programs such as Notion, Trello, or similar programs
- Google drive
- Microsoft office

If you have graphic design or web development experience that is a plus.
If you are familiar with the internet marketing space, organizing events, or travel management that is also a plus.

BUT the MAIN TASK you will be hired for is customer/support service with our clients (we are going to give you scripts and situations templates).

What’s the compensation?
We are starting this position at a monthly rate of $300 per month (25 hours of work per week).

It is project-based position that can evolve into a part-time/full-time position.
