Credit Repair Sales Specialist

I need someone that can run sales for me. I currently use Credit Repair Cloud. I have an automated email sent to all leads once they fill out the intake form. I need someone that has 2-3 years' experience. This is a long term position with a lot of room to move up in pay and grow.

CREDIT REPAIR CLOUD PLAN (Sales plan/Conversion)
Leads
Once a lead is received they will be emailed requesting credit monitoring details.
Once credit monitoring details are received a “1 click import audit” audit will be done and the consultation will be sent to the lead.
After the consultation is sent to the client via email they will be upgraded to a “prospect.”
Active campaign will be set up at a later time and all leads will be in the Active campaign email plan specifically for leads to move them into the prospect list.

Consultation phone call if needed. Follow up via email and correspond with the client.
Discuss and clear up the payment plan or one time invoicing.
Once payment is received and all questions are answered all clients will be upgraded to client status
Being upgraded to a client is dependant on receiving the first payment.

Onboarding process needs to be completed with the help of the sales ---------- lling clients and closing clients is a MUST. $5 an hour is just starting. If you can show consistency in closing deals I will raise the wages.

***Credit Repair Cloud Knowledge is a must.

***Knowledge of how to transition the "lead" to a "client" is a must.

***Knowledge of the steps of Client Onboarding is a must.

***Knowledge on how to send the client the Chargebee payment plan is a must

***Sales Experience is a must.

***Slack will be used for communication with the team.

***Asana will be used in S.O.P's.

***Must be able to talk clearly on the phone.



I'm looking for someone for the long term that can help me create S.O.P's and structure everything to build a 5 person sales team. I'm looking for someone that has been doing sales and everything I asked for above consistently.

A lot of leads come to me wanting to be clients. Closing is easy. The more you close the more I pay you. As a rule of thumb if someone has late payments on open active accounts that are within the past year I will not take the client. All other negatives on credit reports I can remove easily.
