JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to add an all-star VA to our team in the Philippines.

Previous experience with Amazon is preferred. Full training provided.

Job duties will include but are not be limited to:

- Email and phone support for US and European Amazon customers
- Opening and following up on cases with Amazon Seller Support
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing
- Writing blog posts

Required to be a university graduate.

Required to have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Required to be located near or willing to relocate to Metro Manila to attend initial on-site training in Quezon City.

Required to be willing to work at night (US daytime hours).

Required to be highly intelligent, motivated, reliable, cheerful and learn new skills quickly.

Required to have access to a suitable place to work uninterrupted, with reliable electricity and high-speed internet and a fast computer.
