Your role will include:

- Creating ad creatives for new ad campaigns in Facebook/Instagram
- Setting up ad campaigns
- Optimizing ad campaigns based on performance
- Evaluate performance and scale good performing ads / campaigns
- Renew ad creatives for good performing campaigns
- Scaling campaigns with good performance
- Reporting to me about performance and progress towards business KPIs
- Communicate with the rest of the team and me on stock and new products that are available for promoting

For your skills and qualifications, you must:

- Have proven track record in Facebook ads for E-commerce
- Pay attention to detail
- Be performance-oriented
- Have great time management skills
- Be able to work with little to no management
- Know how to optimise and scale ads to achieve optimum ROAS
- Be able to gradually scale products/campaigns to their highest potential
