Graphic & Web Design Position - FULL TIME

Looking for a FULL TIME DESIGNER for our remote position

Job tasks:

*Design web pages based on demo - no need for conceptualizing
*Design landing pages with content and header guidelines
*Design email templates with content, heading and CTA guidelines


Necessary tools and knowledge:

*Photoshop
*Illustrator
*Modern web UX experience or training

Important skills:

*Great at communication and teamwork
*Self-motivated and organized
*Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once

About our team:

We are an international team who works together very well to accomplish quality projects at a great price for our clients. The two owners are from the United States and there are seven Filipino super stars on our team as well. Everyone has a lot of experience in their area of expertise and is very capable and hard working.

The work environment is friendly and positive. Everyone likes working together and we have regular meetings for trainings and to discuss projects and progress.

We do not require you to log hours and you can work your local hours rather than US hours if you are not US based. The reason we do not require logging of hours is that we know how long tasks should take and how much work should be produced in a week. We have worked all over the world as remote workers and respect that everyone needs to have regular hours, rest and time to enjoy life.

Since we do have a friendly environment you can expect to meet the team if that is something that you are interested in. We make multiple trips to the Philippines each year and take the team on trips as well. We went to Thailand together in 2018 and Puerto Princessa in 2019.

We pay 13th month regardless if you stay a year or not.

We also provide paid time off and sick leave.

For web design you would be provided with a demo theme that would provide you with colors and elements to work with when designing pages.

You would also be provided with a list of pages, headings, content needs, element options (we do want to leave room for creative agency and collaboration) and anything else that might be integrated into the page. If there were multiple pages of a type (like for a surgeon that has 10 different treatments pages) then you would create one template that the code team would work with to build the web page.
