Client Account Manger

Will be responsible for our new client welcome calls which is a 10-15 minute phone call reviewing clients credit reports and creating a plan of action for each client, sending portal access and making sure the client is ready to be processed.

Will be uploading the credit report into the software and processing disputes for batch printing.

Each client file needs to be updated monthly, by refreshing the report and processing the next round.
You will also be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and text.

These are the initial task that I need assistance with, I am open to hiring full time for a fluent English speaker who doesn't mind working a phone when not busy with initial task, to possible partners that may help us grow our business. There is also a commission bonus for this task.

Training will be provided, and systems are all pretty easy to use.
