JOB OVERVIEW

Talent FM is looking for a proactive, intelligent and hard-working Virtual Assistant to assist the Director of a boutique and quality Executive Search organisation. Training will be provided but experience with LinkedIn, Interseller, Excel, Xero (or similar accounting software) is absolutely essential. You must have an excellent command of both written and spoken English. The role is varied and interesting but there is an element of repetition in some of the tasks that requires a good attention to detail.
Tasks include:
• Formatting CVs and uploading documents through clients’ recruitment portals
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of database
• Managing compliance & GDPR requirements
• Research for client data and details
• Assist with LinkedIn marketing and outgoing sequential marketing using Interseller
• Creating lists on Excel from data researched from the internet
• Use Powerpoint and any other similar DTP or flick book type software to create Candidate Briefing Packs and client presentations
• Create and manage marketing collateral
• General admin duties to support the Director
• Creating invoices, bills and expenses on Xero accounting software
• Credit control
• Answering telephone and leaving messages for candidates
• Undertake any ad hoc projects as required
