Hi there!
I'm looking for a creative mind that is very familiar with Photoshop as well as transform ideas for shirts into clean designs – always with regard to the target and buyer group as well as the products the idea is going to be printed on.
I will provide design ideas or templates which need remodeling as well as complete new ideas wich should be transformed into a professional looking design.
Requirements:
- at least 10 to 15 designs per week, more is possible if quality is good/feedback low and I can spend more time on researching new ideas
- flexibility in designing for different target groups which affords a feeling for different styles, fonts, colors etc.
- ability to inform yourself about or doing research on existing designs and how they look for a new niche I'd like to dive in
- ability to help yourself in understanding german design ideas by using translators like google or look up for the provided quote and how others transformed it into a design
- ensure logical and meaningful configuration
- precise and thorough work, especially when it comes to text parts and correct spelling, especially with regard to german special characters ("Umlaute")
- being confident with media law, copy right as well as creative common licenses to avoid infringements
- efficient and effective work process
- Photoshop/Illustrator
- Trello and GDrive Experience as well as Slack for communication
- enjoying to think sideways if needed :)
- billing per paypal invoice
What I offer:
- graphic ressources from Vexels to work with
- a clear structure of design process
- easy going and nice working atmosphere and communication
- detailed onboarding to my little team :)
- flexible payment: per design or fix rate per week for e.g. 15 designs
I'm interested in a long term partnership open for half or fulltime employment but prefer freelance at the beginning to try it out. :-)
Happy to hear from you and get to know each other!
P.S. I prefer doing some test designs for payment of course. Let me know if you are interested in it.
Best, Liesa
