Sales and Marketing Manager

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree,any field.
At least 5 to 10 year(s) of working experience in the sales of Beauty and Aesthetic Medical Injection products and medical device.(Plastic Surgeon and Dermathological )
Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
Be an excellent communicator and be able to respond well pressure
Think creatively and be interested in what motivates people.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Analyzing market trends
Studying Competitors products and services
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasingly profitability.
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Preparing and Managing marketing plans and budgets and Managing the production of promotional materials.
Producing reports to monitor result, presenting findings and suggestions to Company Directors or other Seniors managers.
supporting and Managing a Marketing team.
Stay up-to-date on current market trends
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.
