Candidate must possess at least a graduate of Automotive, Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent
-Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization, leadership, problem-solving skills
-Comfortable with team coaching and communications
-Service-oriented attitude
-Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office application
-Required skill(s): at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the service industry preferably, in the automotive setting, this position is primarily responsible in ensuring efficient and profitable, operations of the service department; exposure to quality improvement is an advantage.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
-Preferably with experience as Service Supervisor specializing in Maintenance/ Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
-Knowledgeable in SAP is advantage.
