General Virtual Assistant

We are based in Australia, and looking for someone to assist us initially for approx 10 hours per week across a generalist role. Scope to increase hours after initial trial period.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up and formatting blog / podcast posts
Setting up and formatting Ontraport emails
Basic website page edits (Wordpress / Beaver Builder)
Basic image creation using provided templates (canva)
Setting up blog / podcast posts
Ontraport database maintenance (with direction given)
Basic video and audio editing - removing parts and adding sting
Podcast Audio upload
Set up of registration / landing pages, Thank you pages and other basic
Design of pdf workbooks, ebooks etc - Canva
Creating audio grams for social media
Uploading Call replays
SEO of blog posts / pages
