Wordpress Professional: USA employer needs people now, great pay + bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to join our friendly and hard-working design studio. You will be enthusiastic with a positive attitude; dedicated and willing to work.

We aren't strict and boring, we are a fun company who wants everyone on our team to do well. We will frequently give you hourly pay increases and bonuses.

Extensive knowledge and experience of building Wordpress CMS websites using best practices and de-facto standard plugins.

Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layout through html/CSS to a custom theme.

Customize existing themes (many from Themeforest) according to PSD designs.

Knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL)

Requirements:
• Must be available 8 hours a day and must have a working computer
• Must have Skype for easy communication
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Willing to learn

Start Date: ASAP

The job will start with a 2 week trial period to see how well you accomplish the first few tasks. If the performance is exceptional we will hire you full time and increase your weekly salary accordingly.

Pay will be $350 per month plus bonus incentives based on performance. However, during the probationary period, you will be paid once per week ($85), with no bonus incentive options. Please note this is starting pay only, we will increase quickly and also give bonuses based on performance
