Experienced Customer Support + Order Fulfillment + Respond to FB post comments

We run a Shopify dropshipping store and require someone to handle customer support, fulfill orders and reply to Facebook comments.

We will need you to answer the customer queries accurately, in a timely and efficient manner and with minimum supervision. Also, please leave your answer as 19 to the above equation so we know you’ve read everything carefully. FLUENT IN ENGLISH - We require someone who is very comfortable with English and will not make grammatical mistakes or typos under ANY CONDITION whatsoever. You will be using the Gorgias.io (it is like Zendesk) platform to provide customer support.

Order fulfillment will be done using CJ Dropshipping and Dropified. Training will be provided for the process of fulfilling orders through CJ Dropshipping if needed.

You will also be managing/responding to the Facebook comments.

Finally, we are looking for someone who is sincere to their job, efficient and reliable with minimum supervision and would like to work with us for long-term.
