NEEDED! Advertising Specialist - Google Ads - Facebook Ads - Fast Growing Web Design CANADIAN Company - Apply NOW!

Our client is selling E-commerce high ticket sheds and cottages. We need an experienced advertising specialist to help with marketing in various ad platforms.

We will be advertising on Google, but we will be re-targeting with Facebook, so the ideal candidate will be able to work with both.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in forming effective paid search strategy for the product
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Continuously optimize ad copies and landing pages based on testing and conversion results
Write an attractive and concise copy for adwords
Produce Facebook advertising banners.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in PPC projects
Experience managing career webinar campaigns is attractive.
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of the analytics space (Mobile and web) a big plus
Experience in re-marketing campaigns
Adept in conversion tracking

The successful candidate will have the opportunity for other advertising projects with our agency.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
Will pay daily for the first week, then on a weekly basis after the first week
We pay bonuses for great work (if your efforts generate good reviews, we will reward you accordingly) - We reward results. This job is about providing value.

We pay 13 month Bonus (for the candidate that qualifies for a full-time position job)

I ALWAYS give bonuses for doing a good job (if I make money you should be rewarded for that)
