HR Expert - Project

Hi.

I'm looking for an HR expert to help me find 20 Narrators/Voice Overs for my business. I am looking for someone who has experience in HR and who can work locally on searching for people, placing job ads, which I will provide.
Anyone with previous experience in Voice Recording, ESL Teacher, DJ, Broadcaster, Narrator, Voice Over is a good candidate for narrator, and is the one we have to scout ---------- case they are interested, they would need to have/buy a good microphone and a filter for the narration.

The job will be on project, hopefully it should last 1-2 months, I will pay 300$ per month, plus 50$ for each hire which remains with the business for more than 1 month.

While I'm scouting online here on onlinejobs, the HR expert will help me scouting on other pages and locally on agencies/newspapers, wherever possible.

To be considered for this job, you'd need to have a proven HR background and provide me with 3 places/websites/agencies you are thinking to check first right after you get hired.
