Rebar Engineer

Job duties:
1.Be familiar with the design and construction specifications of Philippine construction engineering and Philippine laws and regulations.
2.Go deep into the construction site, match the rebar according to the drawings, arrange the construction, assist the project manager to collect, keep and file the project data, and be responsible for the progress and quality of the site construction.
3.Master the construction method of each node in the construction drawing, and be able to draw the construction drawing according to the design intent to guide the construction.
4.Skillfully draw the steel bar batching list meeting the construction requirements in the structural construction drawing, and prepare it according to the position or floor.
5.Guide the construction on site according to the steel material list every day, and be responsible for the construction quality and steel consumption of the steel works.
6.Be responsible for preparing the declaration of material plan of rebar works and the arrangement of construction schedule of rebar works monthly before construction.
7.Prepare monthly and weekly construction schedule according to the general construction schedule, and be responsible for the construction schedule of rebar works.
8.Be responsible for reviewing and checking the comparison between the actual amount and the planned amount of reinforcement on the construction site every month, reporting and analyzing the causes and taking corresponding measures in time in case of deviation.
9.Supervise and solve the safety, quality, progress, civilized construction and other related problems in the construction process of the reinforcement team, and coordinate the construction cross problems of each team in the construction process.
10.Participate in the company's performance appraisal every month.
11.Complete other related work arranged by the superior.
Requirements:
1.With engineer license, strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, good team consciousness and communication and coordination ability.
2.Have construction experience more than 4 years.
3.Be familiar with the construction process and key points of construction management. Be able to independently solve the quality and technical problems encountered in the construction of the project;
4.Ability to plan, organize, control, communicate, coordinate and innovate.
5.Be familiar with CAD and Office.
6.Chinese speaking preferred.
