Rental/Airbnb Coordinator and Screener

Looking for a virtual team member who can post ads for rental properties, take in and screen incoming calls for tenants and also answer guest requests for an Airbnb that I own and any other item that comes up. Job is parttime. There are no set hours but the individual must be ready to take calls and come up with solutions for issues that arise at anytime.

I'm looking for someone that's hardworking, great morals, excellent English communication skills and at least 2 years of experience in the industry.
