JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for professional and confident virtual assistants who have strong written and verbal communication skills, are committed and flexible, and have 2 years of proven experience.

About me:
I am a Virtual COO & Online Business Manager for coaches and course creators. I support my clients with operations, project management and team management and have multiple clients in need of a virtual assistant for various tasks. I’m also in need of some support in my own business.

Your Role:
Depending on the client, your role may include handling the company’s recurring social media and marketing tasks, scheduling social media posts and marketing emails, general administrative tasks, graphic creation, customer service, social media community management, inbox management and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs). There will also be additional administrative tasks as necessary.

Big potential for growth for the right candidates as my company is growing and I’m in need of more support each day.

The successful candidate will possess the following experience/qualities:

*adaptable – able to demonstrate flexibility in the face of change
*tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly
*prompt and conscientious with very strong follow-through skills – always meeting deadlines
*Social media savvy!

Technical Skills Required:
*G-Suite (gmail, docs, sheets)
*Wordpress (basic knowledge)
*Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)

Position Details/Requirements:
*This position is a contractor position.
*At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
*You must have access to a comfortable home office, laptop, and STRONG internet connection.
*Hours per week will vary between 5-10 to start with potential for growth
*The pay rate for this position starts at $6-$8/hour depending on the role for a 30 day trial period.
