Customer Service Phone Answer Service, Some Data Entry

We are a large Real Estate Company with high volume of incoming calls needing routing to various extensions/divisions within the company. Applicant must have strong English skills be polite, upbeat and professional. Applicant will be required to search MLS property records to properly route callers to assigned Agents. Applicants will also need to transfer caller information and email leads into software that generates a connection to a showing agent to satisfy buyers/sellers and renal inquires. Interested applicant will be trained on 2-3 softwares and need to be comfortable moving between them quickly. Must be able to type English accurately. To enquire email resumes to ----------
