Registered Nurse (SOC 3211)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the medical, physical and emotional needs of our residents are met through assessment and careful care planning while upholding our ethos.
• You will be assigned to a variety of residents across our Nursing Agency and so will be responsible for the safety and dignity of our residents
• You will be required to manage, supervise and mentor colleagues in the work environment, including preparing rotas and delegating work tasks
• You will be required to administer medication and drugs, dress wounds and provide other forms of treatment in accordance with the care plan
• Provide emergency care and treatment in a competent and professional manner
• You will be responsible for monitoring and recording residents daily treatment and care, and informing the necessary manager/board of medical related problems
• You will have an opportunity to continuously develop your skills and knowledge through both work-related duties and training, enabling you to progress in your career with us.
