Consultant for Java Webservices OOP Glassfish

We need a highly experienced and skilled Java developer for consulting services on our firm. We have a webservice mounted on Glassfish that needs some checks in order to work faster.
The worker will have to evaluate the code and inform the necessary steps to improve the performance.
The candidate should have:
-Good handling of the english language in general, enough to work. Spanish is a plus
-Knowledge of Glassfish (preferred) or tomcat.
-Seniority working with Java (at least 5 years)
-Availability and responsibility
-Linux skills (preferrably Redhat/centos)

The position is short term but may lead to further contact in the future.
