Senior Designer for Digital Marketing Agency

THE ROLE
We are building a new kind of marketing agency to bring ideas that improve mental, emotional, physical or spiritual well-being into the hands and hearts of the masses. Often, the innovators that develop these products and services don’t have the experience to get their message to the world, so we develop narratives and run data-driven marketing experiments to make this happen. And we’re looking for just the right person to help us do it – someone who is passionate about using their talents for good in the world.

We are looking for someone that will help us with the following:
• Designing landing pages and websites so that we can build highly converting marketing funnels.
• Develop ideas for, and then design many variations of banner ads that our team can test on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Obtaining clients by building beautiful proposals following a standardized format that we have.

This position will be during daytime Philippine Standard Time at one of the WeWork Manila locations, will observe Philippine holidays, and will include paid vacations.

Basic qualifications:
• Strong written communication skills.
• 2 or more years of previous experience building landing pages and banner ads for e-commerce products that have been marketed on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Familiar with G Suite tools for collaboration: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides.
• Experience building documents in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint (including the use of Slide Masters).

Beyond the basics, our ideal candidate will also have:
• Previously used project management and communication tools like Asana, Teamwork and Slack.
• Used tools such as Figma, Invision, or Sketch.
