Job Description:
The Executive Assistant to the General Manager assists in the day-to-day operations of the business and works closely with the General Manager to ensure that all aspects of the business are operating at the highest level.
This is an essential role in the business as it requires an understanding of many areas of the business, the Marketing, Website Management, Customer Relationship Management, External Service Providers, Order Processing, Record Keeping and ensures all customers are served to a high standard after a sale is made as outlined in our procedures in the training centre or instructed by the General Manager.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Website and Content Management
Be Knowledgeable on all Products
Assist in all Website Updates where necessary.
Work closely with the Development Team, Designer and Marketing Manager to ensure that task are completed as required.
Ensure Amazon Drive, Google Drive and Flickr is well organized.
Marketing
Assist in Managing Marketing for the company and activities within the Marketing Department
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
Assist in Planning and Implementing promotional campaigns
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
Working closely with designers and assisting with new product launches
Maintain effective team communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Customer Relationship Management
Manage the company’s CRM Software
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the
Order Processing
Assists Order Processing Team Members and is trained on all Roles and Responsibilities of Order Processing
Other Administrative Task
Assist the General Manager from project planning to staff management.
Oversee the performance of other Team Members
Job Requirements:
Has their own computer and high-speed Internet connection
Speaks, Reads, and Writes excellent English.
Quiet room so work will be free from Distractions
Has a PayPal
Back up Power and Internet Ideal but not necessary
Has the following Skills and Experience:
Experience as Executive Assistant
Working experience in Magento, Shopify and CRM Platform (not essential)
Computer skills on google apps suite (mail, drive, docs, spreadsheets)
Basic Knowledge on HTML
Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
