Technical Quality Web Developer

A technical quality web developer role is responsible for coding, modifying, testing websites that are currently in the final step in the development of a website or any software product before it is released to the public. You will also be responsible for fixing issues or doing modifications that are created by the customer service after the site is released. A technical quality web developer will look for flaws and weaknesses in the program, such as an unappealing interface, and report back to the developers on their findings. They may also fix any system problems or glitches and make suggestions for how to make a software program work better.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best program development practices
Fix issues by using the appropriate languages ( e.g. HTML/CSS practices, Javascript, PHP, etc. )
Integrate data from various back-end services and database
Test sites and applications in different browsers and environments
Fix bugs in existing projects
Test new features thoroughly to ensure they perform the correct task in all cases
Using the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
Using the plan to hunt down and fix software bugs
Ensuring the end results are fully compatible with all platforms web or mobile
Implementing Checklist guidelines to minimize bugs and issues

Requirements:

Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Quality Assurance Specialist or equivalent work experience
3 yr+ experience in web development, particularly in the areas of corporate and e-commerce websites, familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks
Highly Experience in WordPress and WooCommerce (Elemetor is a must and Flatsome knowledge is a plus)
Familiar with WPML WordPress Plugin
Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks is a must
Solid experience in HTML, Javascript, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery and PHP (MySQL is a plus)
Strong Knowledge on Front End and Back End
Strong Commitment to Deadlines
Ability to solve and fix issues with less supervision
Can spot issues of a site with less supervision
Work from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Hong Kong time. One hour Lunch time
Basic salary plus bonus
